Thanks to School, Teens Aren't Sleeping Enough

Back-to-school season is back, and going back to School or college might be hard for some students, due to few hours of good sleep.

According to a research made by CDC, teens need at least eight hours of sleep every night. Also, CDC said that most middle/high school students start the school day too early, making the task of getting a good night of sleep really hard. The classes should start after 8:30 AM, but 5 out of 6 schools start the classes before 8:03 AM.

Starting the school day after 8:30 AM lead to an increase of efficiency, attention and better grades. Those who are not spending enough time sleeping are most likely to develop an unhealthy behavior, being sedentary, overweight, or addicted to drugs and alcohol.

So, what do you think about this?
